So, you've chosen your distance, marked your calendar and now you're all set to sign up!
When you register you will be able to order some wicked event merchandise and book camping
or lodge accomodation.
We will be in touch in the lead up to the event to give you all the info you will need.

No Event Transfers will be accepted after 27 November 2024

REFUNDS & TRANSFERS
We understand that sometimes the best laid plans don't always go to...well...plan.

REFUNDS
Refunds are available until and including the 13th November minus a $25.00 admin fee. From the 14th November, no refunds will be provided. In the case of Force Majeure, including Covid 19 restrictions preventing the race from being held, no refunds will be issued. Your entry will automatically be transferred to a rearranged date or you will be provided with a credit towards other events at the Event Organiser's discretion.

TRANSFERS
If you would like to transfer your race distance this can be done until the 1st December. Any changes to distances will be at the discretion of the Race Director depending on available space on the course. If you would like to transfer your entry to 2025 this can be done up until 3 weeks prior to the race.

Name changes will also incur a $10 fee up until the 13th November.

Any changes after this time will need to be requested in writing to notjustevents@xtra.co.nz.
